The Air Lift pumping system uses poly-pipe and has three color-coded fittings for ease of installation. The air-in (red) and the air-out (blue) lines are 3/4" poly pipe. The oil/fluid out line is 1" poly pipe.
Three color system for easy installation. The pumps are secured to the surface with a cable supporting bracket system, using a 1/4" stainless steel cable to prevent corrosion.
Before & After
The ALT Pump is manufactured from 316 stainless steel to prevent corrosion. The valve seals are made of a proprietary oil and chemical resistant material which are designed and engineered specifically for oil wells. A stainless steel cable is attached to the top of the pump for lowering and retrieving the pump.
